The efficiency of automotive service enterprises largely depends on the proper utilization of maintenance equipment. Modern service stations are equipped with various mechanical, hydraulic, electronic, and computerized devices designed to perform diagnostic, repair, and maintenance operations. However, the presence of advanced equipment alone does not guarantee high productivity unless it is used effectively. Therefore, the development of methods for efficient use of maintenance equipment has become an important task for improving service quality and reducing operational costs.
