This article discusses the relevance, importance and practical results of the introduction of nanotechnologies in Uzbek medicine. Nanotechnologies are an integral part of modern medicine, allowing to achieve high efficiency in the fields of diagnostics, treatment and surgery. The article provides information on the use of nanorobots, nanomaterials, nanosensors and nano-sized drugs, as well as the mechanisms of their use in medical practice. In particular, the fact that nanotechnologies have increased the accuracy of operations in surgical practice, reduced the risk of infection and accelerated the process of tissue regeneration is supported by scientific evidence. The main problems encountered in the widespread introduction of nanotechnologies in the healthcare system of Uzbekistan are also analyzed.
