Abstract

This scientific article analyzes modern approaches to the effective organization of belt wrestling training in higher educational institutions. The issues of improving students' physical fitness, developing their psychological stability and strengthening their motivation for sports are covered. The advantages of using innovative pedagogical technologies, an individual approach and digital tools are also shown.
