STRUCTURE OF PHRASEOLOGISMS AND THEIR CLASSIFICATION.

This article analyzes the linguistic nature of phraseological units, their structural features, and classification criteria. Phraseological units represent an important layer of language that reflects the culture, historical experience, and national thinking of a people. The study examines the structural and semantic properties of phraseological expressions, their grammatical organization, and their classification based on different linguistic criteria. Special attention is given to the differences between phraseological units and free word combinations. The results show that phraseological units can be classified according to their structural, semantic, and stylistic features, and they play a significant role in making speech more expressive and emotionally rich.
