In this article, the issues of developing and increasing the efficiency of trade services with the help of innovative technologies in the conditions of the digital economy are considered. The effectiveness of introducing innovative technologies such as artificial intelligence, big data, cloud computing and smart logistics systems into e-commerce was analyzed. These technologies show how organizations can help improve service processes and increase competitiveness. It also focuses on security issues and provides recommendations for successful development in the field of e-commerce.
