TEACHING TECHNOLOGIES FOR LEARNING FRENCH AS A SECOND FOREIGN LANGUAGE BY ENGLISH MAJOR STUDENTS

This article analyzes the issues of using modern pedagogical and digital technologies in teaching French as a second foreign language to students of English language departments of higher education institutions, as well as their legal and methodological foundations. The processes of positive and negative language interference (impact) in the acquisition of French (L3) by students with experience in English (L2) are studied. The article comparatively studies the educational legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the international CEFR standards, develops practical recommendations and an innovative model for improving teaching efficiency.
