This study examines the implementation of educational, instructional, and developmental objectives in native language lessons within the context of contemporary competency-based education. The paper analyzes current pedagogical approaches that promote the integration of linguistic knowledge, moral education, and cognitive development through learner-centered methodologies. Special attention is given to communicative teaching strategies, constructivist learning principles, digital technologies, and formative assessment practices that enhance students' language proficiency and higher-order thinking skills. The findings indicate that the balanced implementation of these objectives contributes significantly to students' intellectual growth, social competence, creativity, and lifelong learning abilities. The study concludes that integrated instructional practices improve the quality of native language education and support the comprehensive development of learners in modern educational environments.
