Abstract

This article examines ways to enhance the role of entrepreneurship in the development of the service sector. Based on an analysis of theoretical approaches and practical experience (including international practices from the United States, Europe, Singapore, and South Korea), the key areas for stimulating entrepreneurial activity in the service sector are identified. Particular attention is paid to mechanisms such as digital transformation, the formation of innovative clusters, improving the investment environment, human capital development, support for small businesses and startups, digitalization of tourism services, and the development of digital infrastructure.
