This article examines the role of interaction between family, educational environment, and individual motivation in the successful choice of professional orientation. The process of choosing a profession is not only an individual decision but also a complex socio-psychological phenomenon influenced by external and internal factors. Family plays an important role in shaping values, expectations, attitudes toward work, and professional aspirations. At the same time, the educational environment contributes to the development of knowledge, skills, self-awareness, and career-related competencies. Individual motivation serves as an internal driving force that determines a person’s interests, goals, confidence, and readiness for professional self-realization. The article analyzes how these three factors interact and influence the formation of a conscious, stable, and successful career choice. Special attention is given to the importance of harmonizing family support, educational guidance, and personal motivation in helping young people choose a professional path that corresponds to their abilities, interests, and social needs
