ACADEMIC STRESS AMONG STUDENTS AND STRATEGIES FOR MANAGING IT

This article provides a theoretical analysis of academic stress among students and the strategies used to manage it effectively. In the modern higher education system, students face increasing intellectual, emotional, and social demands, including complex curricula, independent learning tasks, continuous assessment, examination pressure, and competition. These factors may lead to psychological tension, emotional instability, and academic stress. The article examines the psychological nature of academic stress, its main causes, and its influence on students’ cognitive processes, emotional state, motivation, and academic performance.Downloads
