THE EFFECT OF CAREER SELF-EVALUATION ON EDUCATION QUALITY

It is said that institutional self-evaluation is like the foundation of a pyramid, with accreditation as the foundation and external evaluation passing through it. It can be used for higher education centers, careers, and programs. This study examines the self-assessment of careers as a tool for determining strengths and weaknesses, as well as its various stages and procedures, using the scientific literature as a point of reference. Regarding the peculiarities of the self-evaluation process for a health career at an Ecuadorian university and the accreditation process in some Latin American nations.
