To work successfully in their profession, every teacher must have pedagogical skills. For a teacher, creativity will always be his partner. The teacher forms the child's personality, makes independent decisions in unforeseen situations, solves pedagogical problems, and jointly manages the educational process. In order for cooperation to be established, the activities that should be organized in the team must be relevant for students, correspond to their age characteristics and interests.
