In the context of global transformations and information integration, national and public television and radio companies play a crucial role in shaping the positive international image of states. The case of Uzbekistan illustrates how the National Television and Radio Company of Uzbekistan (NTRC) uniquely combines traditional values with innovative approaches, enabling it to not only promote the country’s cultural and political interests but also serve as a strategic intellectual media center. This article places particular emphasis on the International Relations Department, which functions as the true nucleus of the Company. Through its expertise and diplomatic acumen, this department contributes to the development and implementation of advanced regional and interstate initiatives in the field of broadcasting and media.
