Abstract

Interpersonal Society between offspring of satriadalem with the community in Tohpati Village Klungkung Bali" is the topic of this research. According to Goldstein (2008), an interpersonal society skill is a skill that individuals must acquire in order to interact with other individuals or groups of individuals. When dealing with other people in person, interpersonal skills are what are used (Rachmat, 2011). Society infers that society is fundamental for building self-idea, for endurance, self-completion, to acquire satisfaction, keeping away from pressure and reliance, among others through engaging society, and encouraging connections. Society can collaborate with members of the community—families, study groups, universities, the village environment, the city, and the nation as a whole—to achieve common objectives through social interaction. Issues with this study: how to implement interpersonal society in Tohpati Village Klungkung Bali between offspring of satriadalem and society. This study aims to learn about and describe the interpersonal culture of the Tohpati Village Klungkung Bali community. This study employs a proportional sampling technique with the family head of Satria dalem representing the society in Tohpati Village Klungkung Bali for the descriptive qualitative method. This study's findings demonstrate that the residents of Tohpati Village and those of satriadalem descent have implemented good interpersonal society practices, including: openness, support from one another, positive behavior, empathy, and equality. It has been demonstrated that all residents of Tohpati Village Klungkung Bali work together to advance the village. The human development index has increased as a result of mutual trust. There is togetherness, warmth, and comfort, and residents feel valued in carrying out their respective tasks to advance Tohpati Village Klungkung.
