OPTIMIZING GROWTH AND YIELD OF POTATO 'ATLANTIC': EFFECTS OF SHADING NET AND WATERING INTERVAL
Keywords:
Potato 'Atlantic', shading net, watering intervalAbstract
This study investigates the impact of shading net and watering interval on the growth and yield of Potato 'Atlantic'. The experiment explores how different levels of shading and watering frequency affect the development and productivity of this potato variety. Results indicate that shading nets and optimized watering intervals significantly influence plant growth parameters such as height, leaf area, and tuber yield. The findings suggest that moderate shading and appropriate watering regimes contribute to improved growth and enhanced yield of Potato 'Atlantic'. Understanding the interplay between shading and watering can inform cultivation practices to optimize potato production while conserving water resources and mitigating environmental stress.
