This article highlights the significance and effectiveness of integrating reflection and analysis technologies into physical education (PE) lessons. While traditional PE activities primarily focus on physical engagement, the implementation of reflective and analytical strategies fosters students’ self-awareness, critical thinking, and deeper skill acquisition. The article presents practical applications such as the use of video analysis tools by students, engaging with reflective questioning, maintaining personal journals, and conducting peer discussions. Moreover, it discusses the role of technological integration of reflection and analysis in enabling students to assess their own actions, enhance performance efficiency, and develop lifelong learning skills.
