Abstract
Social adaptation is the result of the process of continuous active adaptation of an individual to the social environment. Despite the fact that social adaptation has a constant character, it is associated with the periods of a person's own activity and a radical change in the social circle surrounding himself. In addition to the emergence of an active impact of the adaptation process on the social environment, an understanding of goals and values in the environment with agreement, passive acceptance arises. Social adaptation is the result of the process of continuous active adaptation of an individual to the social environment. Social adaptation is one of the main socio-psychological factors of socialization of the individual.
