Abstract

In this article, we examine the specifics of digital marketing and changes in consumer behavior amidst the transformation of the services market. Digitalization and the development of information and communications technologies have altered the forms of interaction between companies and clients, as well as consumer decision-making mechanisms. Particular attention is paid to the specifics of digital marketing in the services sector of Uzbekistan, where the active development of the online market, e-commerce, and platform solutions is shaping new patterns of consumer behavior.
