QUALIFICATION OF PERSONNEL WORKING IN SERVICE INDUSTRIES

The qualification of personnel in service industries is a critical factor influencing service quality, customer satisfaction, and organizational competitiveness. This paper examines the multidimensional nature of employee qualifications, encompassing formal education, practical experience, technical skills, soft skills, and adaptability to technological and operational changes. Through literature review and analytical discussion, the study highlights the impact of well-qualified personnel on operational efficiency, service delivery, and customer loyalty. The research also addresses contemporary challenges, including digital transformation, globalization, and evolving consumer expectations, which necessitate continuous professional development and strategic workforce planning. Findings suggest that organizations investing in comprehensive training programs, mentorship, and experiential learning are better positioned to achieve sustainable growth and competitive advantage. The paper concludes that enhancing personnel qualifications is not only a human resource imperative but also a strategic necessity for long-term success in dynamic service environments.
